We are looking for a security officer / doorman / loss prevention officer (m/f/d) for our store in Linz Plus City, starting immediately , full-time 38.5 hours per week.

“Task and Responsibilities”
- A visible, friendly and approachable presence at our entrance doors to welcome customers, To protect employees and goods
- Prevention of losses on the sales floor
- Ensuring the safety of our products in cooperation with our store team
- Achieving effective conflict resolution
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrolling & Monitoring: Regularly patrol assigned areas, check doors/windows, monitor CCTV, and respond to alarms.
- Access Control: Check in/out staff and visitors, issue passes, and control entry points.
- Incident Response: Investigate and act on accidents, suspicious activity, safety hazards, and emergencies, coordinating with police if needed.
- Enforcement: Uphold company rules, regulations, and security policies.
- Reporting: Document observations, incidents, and activities in detailed reports.
- Customer Service: Provide assistance and escort staff/visitors, offering a helpful presence.
Typical Duties:
- Guard cash or valuables.
- Operate security equipment (scanners, radios).
- Manage crowds at events.
- Detect and prevent theft, vandalism, and other unlawful acts.

- The ability to act calmly and professionally in challenging situations.
- Experience in a customer-oriented role, security role, security service, or training as a specialist for protection and security is helpful but not mandatory.
