Key Responsibilities
- Communication: Answering and directing phone calls, managing emails and other correspondence, and taking messages.
- Administration: Filing documents, maintaining records, and organizing files according to established procedures.
- Office Management: Managing office supplies, ordering new materials, and ensuring office equipment is serviced.
- Data & Document Support: Entering data into databases, preparing documents like reports and presentations, and photocopying.
- Scheduling & Organization: Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments, and maintaining organized office spaces.
- Support & Collaboration: Greeting visitors, assisting team members with projects, and performing other duties as assigned.
